Wells Fargo Grants for Teachers

In support of education efforts, a limited amount of funds are available through the Wells Fargo Educator Fund. Classroom educators in Alameda County are encouraged to apply for funds for the purpose of covering the costs associated with:

(1) academic programs

(2) faculty development or curriculum-related preparation

(3) academic after-school extra-curricular school-sponsored programs and clubs

(4) programs that encourage school partnerships with the community.

Funds cannot be used to cover labor costs, fundraising activities, field trips or overnight hotel stays.

Applications are due Monday November 16, 2009 and awards will be distributed in January 2010.
